As a fourth-generation leader in the company, Rhett is following in the family footsteps. His first construction job growing up was sweeping driveways and he was compensated with sodas. Through his family he learned the importance of showing up and being accountable to others.

LATH & PLASTER
A traditional building technique used for constructing walls and ceilings in both residential and commercial buildings. The current method is to apply a metal lath over a weather barrier system, sometime incorporating a drainage system. A Portland cement plaster mixture is then applied, creating a smooth durable surface. This system offers added insulating and soundproofing benefits, making it a versatile choice for various construction needs.
ACOUSTIC & SPECIALTY CIELINGS
Employed in commercial construction, this approach enhances both the sound quality and aesthetic appeal of a room or building. Options for these ceilings range from acoustic tiles and panels to open cell systems and stretched fabrics. Additional features like integrated lighting or fire protection can also be incorporated, offering a comprehensive solution for modern spaces.
SPRAY APPLIED FIREPROOFING
Fireproofing is utilized primarily to provide fire protection to a building’s structural steel components. This method involves spraying a cementitious plaster mixture over the steel components. As the material hardens, if forms an insulating barrier that slows the spread of heat and flame, providing extra time for evacuation and firefighting efforts.
